Kalyani Nagar Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Stayed here for a couple of nights on a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located close to Pune Lohegaon airport, and has lots of shops, bars and eateries in the neighbourhood, within walking distance. I used in-room dining a lot during this stay. The food was generally speaking good, but the service left a lot to be desired: for example, food was ordered for two, but cutlery was provided for only one; a request for ice took over 45 minutes to materialise; butter was kept under warm toast...

"The property is vast and green. Pleasant and friendly staff. Would prefer Malwanu cuisine options in menu. Shear curtains would be nice. Parking needs to be lore organised"

"Very bad experience. Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager.... We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience"
