"The ease of access and cleanliness were clear stand outs. Walking straight to the room upon arrival (even though signage was not optimal) and getting straight back to the departure area after a good night's sleep in a bed was brilliant. "

"It was run by robots. If you're introverted, it's definitely for you. Location wasn't bad, a quick walk to the metro where you can go back into Tokyo or ride to the Terminal. About that... They only have a shuttle to the airport at 2 areas of the day, morning and late evening. If your flight is in between, you're SOL. However, they also have free luggage storage which is clutch if you wanna grab some last minute anime and head back after you checked out. All in all...a great place!"
