Outstanding hotel in a very walkable neighborhood with a LOT to see! This hotel is the perfect location in Seoul to stay! Quiet and immaculately clean with an amazing view of the city from our window. Friendly English speaking staff. 24 hour convenience store in the hotel! 4 different coffee shops within a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. We also got an outstanding couple’s massage at the hotel spa. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is essentially self0-service. There is no front desk, you check yourself in. A staff person is in an office off the lobby. The hotel has a dynami te location similar to Times Square in New York but it is is a pedestrian only area and the streets are not labeled and it's hard to to find your way around. Absolute minimal maid service, no coffee in the room, a little claustrophobic with one small window looking at a wall. You can't get picked up by an uber or taxi .The only thing it has going for it is the location in my opinion and the price is reasonable.
