"We arrived to no electricity which took a while to be restored. This was a scheduled outage on the news, which the hotel failed to inform us about before arriving. The A/C is set at 24 and you cant lower it. Meanwhile the housekeeping opens the door of the balcony and curtains allowing the sun to hit the room the whole day, so basically we were coming back to a sauna. The first floor also feels like we’re sitting in the restaurant from how loud it gets. The pillows are another disaster which kept me from sleeping the whole night. One is extremely thin and basically a concept of a pillow, the other one is wool which would make your head heat up and with A/C being the way it is, you will be so hot the whole time. Overall i wouldnt recommend the hotel and wouldnt stay in anymore"
