"Strategically located very close to the airport makes an ideal choice if you explore the area or have a layover between flights. Literally 5 minutes from the airport. Fastest check in ever - I had brief layover and contacted the front desk in advance to submit the documents. Super helpful managers at the front desk, arranged the pick up from the airport and the fast check in. The property is absolutely new, modern, really stylish. Beds and pillows up to standards of today, perfect. AC works great, easy to control, quiet, efficient and doesn't blow on your face while you sleep. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well organised. I had a mountain view and recommend, special. Great food, had a club sandwich at night and a proper dinner - great choice of options and quality of produce. Had a dinner at the terrace of the restaurant, beautiful, excellent service too."

"Great place, centrally located, convinience store next door, 10mins walk from Arbat/Panfilov/Ascension/GreenBazar. Hotel staff were helpful, the only place that offered water refills instead of std 2/ day plastic bottles. Mildom uses glass bottles + a large jug in each room that all guests could refill.very practical! Toilet with bidet is almost a luxury in Almaty! Food was awesome &a generoud spread compared to several others. HAPPY KIDS makes it worth the proce which is also reasonable given the entire experience"
