"The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was a child’s ball beside the bed and threads by the other bed. The shower surround is filthy. Caulking was very dirty with filthy corners. Definitely needs to be replaced. Leaning staff needs to do a better job of cleaning around the bottom of the shower door. ..."
