The view from halfway up the stairs to the cave temple in the countryside around Kampot. Don't just get out here for the temple though. The scenery in this area is stunning.
From Kampot you can do a half day tour to Bokor's ghost town. The town isn't that spectacular, but the views are well worth it.
The salt fields near Kampot are a scenic place to visit on your way to Kep or the pepper plantations.
