THE FACE Style Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Breakfast - wide range of options but the hot food was cold despite being the first ones there. Initial reception staff woman was not friendly or welcoming at all. During the afternoon we asked for additional towels and the reception staff said this is chargeable which is odd for a hotel. But the receptionist at that time who was a friendly gentleman provided additional face towels. The room was spacious and kept in good condition. AC was functional in the room. Unfortunately there was always one lift under maintenance so moving up 36 to 51 floors did take some time."

"Had a wonderful weekend stay at Aloft Kuala Lumpur! The hotel is very well connected to KL Sentral station, which made my journey from Johor Bahru by train extremely convenient and stress-free. The location is excellent, with plenty of amenities, restaurants, and shops nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and great facilities. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur."

"The hotel appears to have been converted from an apartment building. The biggest plus was the full kitchen in the room, along with a washer and a full-size fridge. Having a couple of plates and cups available was also very helpful. The bed was clean and very comfortable — I love firm mattresses! The room itself was very spacious, with two separate areas inside, although there was no door between them. The location was excellent though — right across from the KL Tower (which we could see directly from our room) and about a 20-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. The bathroom, however, was quite disappointing. The shower door would not close fully, leaving a large gap. The toilet was unusually high, to the point where my feet could not touch the ground, and there was even a hole on the side of the toilet bowl. Overall, every corner of the room seemed to need touch-ups or repairs. Another major issue was the smell in the lobby. It was so unpleasant and strong that I could barely breathe when walking through it, and it honestly made me feel sick every time I passed by. Overall, the stay was decent, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. However, despite the great location and spacious room, I would probably choose another place to stay next time."
