"Very convenient from the airport with the hotel linked to the KLIA express terminal at Stesen Sentral. Relaxing atmosphere in lobby and the room was very comfortable though the bed was a bit soft for my liking. Great shower! A very comfortable sray."

"Studio Suite is well worth the small additional spend with access to the private/club style level 15 lounge with excellent breakfast, private check-in checkout, evening drinks, snacks, and complementary small meals made to order from a short menu. Also access to a meeting room and with required facilities inside the lounge. Free 4 piece laundry included each day in the Studio Suite."

"Decent hotel with Excellent views. I would recommend the breakfast because it has amazing views. I would recommend against ordering room service due to cold food arriving and poor quality. We had to have food redone, and had to dispute room charges after being double charged. For the price point ithe hotel should do better. i would only recommend for one night because of the Excellent views if booking a tower view."
