"Have stayed here many times over the years. Great location, friendly & very helpful staff. On this last stay in May & June 2025 - Natashya (Concierge) always welcoming with a smile and even took a short walk to direct me to the Hop on Hop off pick up point. There was also a very friendly doorman (can’t remember his name though). Always had a smile and very chatty. Had a pleasant surprise on my second stay in June - they had a birthday cake for me (even though birthday was 3 days before). "

"Very nice place. Kids friendly. I was with my family. We. enjoyed a lot. The area has some issue with house flies . But the hotel management tried their best to control it via pest control measures. They also highlight this issue upfront. So choose the restaurant where you want to have your breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner wisely."
