Great location in proximity to malls and KLCC. Nice pool
Clean rooms and comfortable beds
Amenities are lacking ( almost basic). Not much in terms of kitchen utensils. No hand towels provided. TV not showing free 2 air channels or any sports etc. Noise early in the morning disturbing sleep.
Small touches are lacking.
Laundry equipment is limited in the complex for the number of users.

We stayed in a type c property with two separate self- contained bedrooms which was connected with a dual lockable door. The facilities were good although some maintenance was required on the cupboard doors.
The pools were nice although the tiles were coming off and required maintenance as well.

"We had stayed for a night as we had an early morning flight the next day. The Hotel was great and had a lot of amenities. Family friendly also. The pool was one of the biggest highlights we missed out as we did not get the chance to use it. But it looked amazing. Rooms were very clean and spacious. ..."
