The soap is in a bottle that is quite special as my mom originally thought was cleaning detergent left by the cleaner. There is no lift so is not convenient for people with lots of luggage and people with limited mobility like my mom."

Fortunately we were allocated a very spacious room which helped to enhance our stay.
