"The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. "The aircon was noisy, the rooms are also not at all sound proof. The first room they gave us was in bad condition, so we changed and had to pay more. It was worth it, the second room was much better. But still had some issues. Broken glass from lamp, not proper working toilet host ect.. but some good things like extras were availale in the room."

Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. I did not realise when booking that there would not be a separate shower. There are self service washing machines at the resort next door. There is also a launderette opposite the OYO hotel. Cannot report on the restaurant as restaurant was closed when we went for breakfast so had to eat elsewhere."
