Staff was very helpful and friendly especially Harris who attended to us when we checked in. He even escorted us to the villa to show us the amenities. Zane at the grocers who served us beast with a smile even though she was alone manning the cafe. View from bfast terrace was soothing and relaxing. But the toilets lacked hooks for hanging clothes, had no shower spray but only the attached to the ceiling shower.

Great location, great friendly and helpful staff

Chalet style accommodation. Like living in a small house. Very quiet at certain timing and on weekdays if there are no school holidays. But you will surely wake up before 6 am.

The hotel is comfortable and the rooms are huge. However, could do with proper house keeping as several standard essentials were not found in the room i.e. hair dryer, bedroom slippers etc and we have to keep calling House Keeping to bring over. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs which makes it convenient for meals. Overall, will consider staying again the next time I visit as it is considered the only 'presentable' hotel thus far, in this location. The other commendable thing is I...

Good value. Next to the hotel is a huge shopping mall and some fast food outlets within walking distance.

Best stay ever. I felt right at home the moment I stepped into the hostel. Staff Lyn was incredible. I love taiping!

Place was well maintained , it have a homely feel . Host was responsive , we were happy to have booked the short stay here . Keep it up , we would be back again !!

We appreciated how the hotel was built around the natural beauty that characterises Taiping. Thumbs up!

No.

Near to the Meru Mall Indian food stall and 7-11 at 5minutes walking distance. Good mountain view. The staff extremely accommodating. Keep up the good work team. Do note it’s quite far from Ipoh main attraction like the natural hotspring. 20 minutes drive to Lost World but Uber and Grab is accessible so why not?

Nice and clean boutique hotel in the heart of Taiping. Located near the Midnight Market (open 1900-2400), we are spoilt for choice of cheap and good local food. The new hotel is well equipped with the necessities of a traveler (wifi, charging points, iron, hair dryer, drinks). Service is good and Michelle at the front desk is very helpful. The only cons about the hotel is the lack of parking. Would still book this hotel again if we are visiting Taiping.

Their king size bed feels much bigger than the usual king size, which is awesome! Love their Nasi Lemak at breakfast, especially the chilli! Delicious! Don’t forget to grab an apple/ orange on your way out after breakfast!

It is a simple, clean and quiet place to stay. If you come back late be prepare to park by roadside due to limited space

We love the Tudor! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas when we visited in end Nov. Felt like we are in European hotel. The staff we met are all friendly and helpful. We stayed in the duplex room with the attic and it was a nice experience sleeping in the tudor attic. We will certainly visit again!

Clean and friendly staffs

We had a comfortable stay at this property. Security is good at this property as card required to access lift lobby, lift to go to the unit. There is also a security guard seated at the lobby every time we passed by. There are not many food outlets nearby but with Grab of around RM8, we can reach most of the popular eateries.
