"Liked its location, staff were very polite ans helpful and there a lots of shops and malls nearby. The first room they gave us smelt so they gave us another which was fine. At breakfast we had more than one incident of food running out and having to wait and one where there was hair in the porridge which they quickly sorted out when I brought it to their attention. Overall breakfast was fine. They had a fair amout of choice. I stayed in the Grand Hyatt hotel the week before and I am sorry to say it does not compare well with that hotel. Over all I would give it a 4 / 5."
