"Have stayed here many times over the years. Great location, friendly & very helpful staff. On this last stay in May & June 2025 - Natashya (Concierge) always welcoming with a smile and even took a short walk to direct me to the Hop on Hop off pick up point. There was also a very friendly doorman (can’t remember his name though). Always had a smile and very chatty. Had a pleasant surprise on my second stay in June - they had a birthday cake for me (even though birthday was 3 days before). "

"It is a home away from home experience. Affordable option for both long and short stays. Booked a 2-Bedroom unit on the 20th Level over the Haji holidays. And will return because all the staffs in all levels were very hardworking and customer service focused."

"Great room in convenient location- my room looked over Bukit Bintang intersection which was lively and entertaining. Can be a little noisy at times as this area ‘alive’ till 2am most days! Room very comfortable, loved the floor to ceiling windows, esp in the shower! Great location for access to Jalan Alor for great food street experience. Restaurant in hotel looked nice but didn’t dine there, nor did I book their breakfast as reviews were average and there are lots of options in walking distance. Would have loved a pool once I was there but was fine without it. Pavilion a nice shopping centre nearby. 15min walk to Petronas towers. Easy, convenient, modern, clean and friendly- would definitely stay again. "
