"We've stayed in so many places around the world, over 30 years, and this has been our best-ever experience in terms of accommodation. I'm always glad to get home and we have a nice bed - but I even miss the hotel bed! The word 'luxurious' doesn't do it justice. The staff treat you like you are their family, which is rare in a very big hotel. Breakfast astonishingly varied and of the utmost quality, with a range of national dishes. Room service outstanding - all products are replenished as soon as they get used! Totally professional operation, hugely recommended. Oh - nearly forgot the pool!! Again, top quality and also has a smaller pool next to it with hot water, Jacuzzi things etc. not 5 out of 5, but 100 out of 100!"

"The hotel was very good once we had got over the issue of not initially having enough beds, towels or other things for the 3 people on the booking. We were told this was because we had not filled in the correct forms on the website and they wanted to charge us extra but this charge was then waived. Although a little out of the centre of KL, there is a station 3 minutes walk away to get around and the underground system is extremely clean and efficient. Overall, an excellent base for a city break."
