The staff are help to offer insect aerosol to kill cockroaches...;), please imagine the rest. However indeed it is good value if these not the issue, Air con is good

Rooms are dirty, plastering fallen off the ceiling, moldy bathroom. The cleaning is terrible, 4 staff, one empty the bin, one change the towel, one flush the toilet didn't even clean it and no vacuum done once when we stayed for 1 week. It took them 5 mins to complete a 2 bedrooms apartment. The aircon stop working and ice accumulated and the repairmen had to chopped off ice and full of mold came off from the aircon. There is no washing detergent and no sponge provided and it's supposed to be fully contained kitchen. After moving us to another floor, the fridge not working and there was a missing television too. There took it from another room to replace the fridge and television. We complained about the plaster falling off from the ceiling, there wasn't any reaction from the staff. I wouldn't recommend any one staying there considering the conditions of the apartment and the high price and terrible cleaning job.

Great location, however pretty dirty living/kitchen area (think ants, clumps of hair under dining chair, crumbs, etc.), and bedsheets with stains. Things that would have been good to know are: 1. even if you've made a reservation for 6 people, they will only provide up to 4 towels because you've booked a "2 bedroom" apartment; 2. they will try and make you pay to use the laundry area, even though the listing doesn't specify that there will be an additional cost/day to use it (the laundry area is locked). The host is also not contactable via Expedia / Vrbo, so you need to try and catch them in the lobby area in the morning or evening when people are likely to be checking in/out, as they are not permanently staffed.
