"Pleasantly surprised with our last minute stay here. Parking with a trailer was easy, check in was super convenient, the hotel was clean and looked new with modern decor, our room had a very comfortable bed and pillows, included Rocky Mountain toiletries in the bathroom, had a Nespresso maker and creamer, the attached restaurant had great service and excellent food, and the price was very reasonable. I’m a hotel snob and was very pleasantly surprised. I’ll absolutely stay here again on our next trip through. "

"Great spot and close to Banff. Online check in was great and a team member provided us the support we needed. All staff members were friendly. There is a railway behind the hotel, they provide ear plugs to mitigate the noise. Great value for the money. Would definitely stay again."
