"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "We had a charming fairytale stay in the hotel which was grand and lavish. The hotel was ideally located with stunning views of the mountains and glacier, set in beautiful gardens, we enjoyed eating in the restaurant for exceptional food and views out into the wilderness. The concierge was very helpful with suggesting hikes and seeing yodellers on the mountain. The head waiter was outstanding and an asset to the hotel. The hotel has no car access so must be accessed by the local hillside train, which added to holiday bliss staying in a beautiful town lost in time and culture."

"The location was perfect and very close to the train stations. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. Although the price was a little high, we had a great view from our room and really enjoyed our stay overall. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage, which was extremely helpful since hotel check-in and check-out times don’t always coincide with train schedules. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, all within easy walking distance, which made the location very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
