The team delivered a warm, attentive welcome that set the tone for the entire visit. Throughout my stay, the staff remained exceptionally professional, accommodating, and detail-oriented. The accommodations exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained, with bedding that was remarkably comfortable and made for a truly restful stay. Beyond the room, the hotel’s amenities and wellness facilities are top-tier. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering high-quality selections that were consistently fresh and well-prepared. Every detail of the property reflects thoughtful design and genuine care for the guest experience. SORANO HOTEL delivers a seamless, high-caliber experience that I cannot recommend highly enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning."

"Hotel was good. It’s a 20 min walk from the main station, but there’s also a free shuttle back and forth! Breakfast was also great. The bed was a little rough, i think an extra pillow could help. But overall it was a great stay!"

"Very friendly staff at the counter, but they weren’t allowed to watch our bags after checking out early. Very inconvenient very late check-in time of 8pm. Watch out and be aware. However, the room was the smallest we experienced, but the price was not. Very modern very clean toilet and shower. Free water in the fridge for you."
