" Everything about my stay was perfect but there's two negative things. 1. The smell outside due to the plant nearby but who's having a picnic outside? 2. The train pasting by but the North side of KC is a industry place. Again I think you only hear it if you're outside at night. I didn't notice it when I was inside. The bed was soft and; big, service was great Danielle was friendly, my California Indian guy (didn't catch your name sorry) helpful and; I hope you the best in KC bro, the black girl of 3rd shift was fun love your personality and the Mexican girl I met on my first night was very chill. There's real promise here. There's a tight security unit (it's not a bad area in my opinion because I could walk to the McDonald's down the street no problem), this is perfect little area for a short or long-term visit. If anything I tell you don't go to the waffle house down the street service sucks and you got a way outside. Plus if you ask me the food is mid. I recommend going to Hawaiian Bros or Tays or get it delivered. I didn't personally see a do not disturb for the doors.. the maid stuff we're making known that it's time for them to come by. Right at the moment they are going through a remodel but in the I was in it was quiet. The area is very secure. Definitely don't have to worry about anybody just lingering around or anything weird. There is a pool for the "summer". "

"24 hour fitness is so useful when you arrive late and need to release the travel stress. The staff is great and even the hiking area behind the hotel is fantastic. "

"Everything was amazing . The shuttle was super convenient (shoutout to Tony!) and the staff were helpful, kind and professional. The property itself was pristine and just beautiful. If I’m ever in the area, I’ll be back. "

"AC was broken in the first room when we checked in at 4pm. Front desk was reluctant to switch rooms saying they needed the room for other guests who hadn’t even arrived yet. She wanted us to wait on maintenance to fix it a second time, while we were trying to leave for a concert. Maintenance guy told us he knew the AC had a history of not working in that room and to call him before 10:30 if it went out again. (He didn’t actually fix it the first time). Second room was nice, but the window shade only closed halfway by design. Street lights were right next to the window. Would not stay here again. "

"Out initial room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Unacceptable. They moved us to another room but offered nothing in terms of a complimentary breakfast etc. no apology "
