I have stayed here for the last three years for a MNF Chiefs game. This year, we called for an early check in. We totally understood that may not happen. However, when normal check in time (3pm) rolled around there were still no rooms ready. This was the case for everyone. There was no eta given.. we were told we’d be called when room was ready so we could check in before going out to dinner. We never got a call. Several other bummers included no shampoo in the room, housekeeping trying to come in the last morning after the game before 8am, and a parking fee (Expedia lists $0 parking). The hotel is nice and staff was as helpful as they could be but I do expect more from an AC by Marriot.

Very friendly and professional staff at the front desk. Very clean lobby. Room was clean. Floor needed a little maintenance. The light switches didn’t turn anything on except for the bathroom light switch. Lamps well lit the hotel room anyway. Overall good stay I would stay here again
