The staff was friendly and the location was great. This hotel is definitely showing its age most of the furniture is chipped and missing paint. The room was nice but the desk had some substance like super glue on it. Overall was a nice experience.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a great property in a good location if you are looking for a place to stay but not spend a lot of time in the hotel. Pricing was competitive this stay. We did have issues with heating and air conditioning causing the room to convert from hot to cold. Room couldn't keep a consistent temperature.

Best aspect of this hotel is its convenient location. Otherwise, the facility is an $80/night lodging masquerading as one worthy of $120/night. The lack of any closet space and inconsistent hot water in the shower were especially troubling, making this hotel unworthy of the Marriott Bonvoy brand.

The room was clean and spacious. The hot water took a really long time in the shower and my husband had to take a cold shower. The toilet flushed a little wonky. But overall the room was nice and super convenient. We had a couple’s getaway with dinner at 801 Chophouse and drinks at Verdigris. No driving needed.

This property is in major need of a refresh and some training and presence from the GM. I was hoping by the reviews that this would be a relaxing stay but it was just mediocre. First room I checked into, AC didn’t work. Transferred me to another room which is how I know their in room phones do not work. Thankfully both rooms were clean. The common area carpets are nasty though. The gentlemen at the front desk had no intro about the property. The 2nd day when I was there I walked down to the front desk to let them know my room was not serviced and that was when they informed me they don’t service rooms except for long stays or check out days. I told the front desk attendant that would have been nice to know upon check-in as well as any information about breakfast or the fitness center. The parking situation isn’t great, especially for families because the deck isn’t attached the property. Would NOT book here again.
