The location is very comfy, plus it is located in a lovely location close to a lot of attractions, food, lounges, and more. It's conveniently located. For a business traveler, it is a good option for a short stay.

Started out a little rough .( Not property fault)..Hotel was close to a lot of great restaurants and 5 minutes from being by downtown...Will definitely stay there again... BEDS ARE SO COMFORTABLE!!!!! Breakfast wasn't bad either...

Very dirty, carpets (hallway, stairs, room) hadn't been vacuumed, stains on sheets, trash outside building and in parking lot (including broken glass and a dirty diaper). Window shade was sheer and blocked virtually nothing from the outside street and parking lot lights. Staff was friendly. Worked for the 1 night we needed, but would not stay there again.

The complimentary breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, cold cereal and is a good deal. The rooms are worn but the bedding soft and comfortable. This is a good choice for a family on a budget.

Checked in with ease and friendly efficiency. Room was neat. The entire night was quiet and i slept straight through. Breakfast was hot and varied. The location is excellent for getting anywhere in town and easy to get to.

The room was clean. Linens felt fresh and clean too. Bed was soft, which I love. Walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant with great atmosphere and great food! Breakfast was fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, juice. The usual breakfast but still more than some offer. The price of the room was the best around the area. Glad I found it.

Don't even think about booking this dump! Aside from the smell and the dealers and lack of cleanliness, the smashed out window in a security door was a nice touch. All of that wasn't even the "best" part! I booked a room for 5 adults and 2 dogs. The room that was reserved for us had 2 small double beds....but the mildew smell was a nice touch. I asked the front desk for the room we booked and was told were none. He tried to tell me this was the room I booked. When I told him the filter I used was for 5 adults and 2 dogs, he said there was no such filter and I should tell Expedia because it wasn't his problem. We had to go to another hotel.

The room was clean. The rest of the hotel looked run down. The pool was not operational. There was a fire at 10:40 at night. I guess a dryer started on fire. We didn’t get back in our room until 11:45 at night. The halls were full of smoke, my room smelled of smoke. I woke up with a headache and congestion. Staff never checked on guests after fire. I had to leave at 5:30am because I was traveling to Ohio. When I checked out no staff asked me how my accommodations were. I got little to no sleep. Will never stay here again!

There was trash all over the property, my room didn't get cleaned until I said something to the front desk and that was the days after I arrived. The staff basically ignored my calls to the front desk no answer. The hall room 124 i was in smelled like weed. The whole hallway was smelling like weed. The breakfast was good. That was about it.

The hotel is within 10 minutes of the things we wanted to see and do. That is the reason for my rating. The property is old, no renovations at all. The water in the shower took forever to warm up and didn't last more than 2 minutes at the time. It smells like an old place, but they do a good job trying to keep it clean. We are thrifty travelers and didn't mind the location.
