The staff is great. Rooms to sleep and amenities in rooms are improving. The only issue is upkeep. Sometimes go to a room and some areas not cleaned moreso the bathroom and towels missing or stained. Overall the staff is wonderful and my wife and I enjoy staying here

Staff was nice and friendly. Hotel is slightly run down with some cosmetic things that could easily be fixed For example, drill marks in the doorframe could easily be puttied and painted over. Toilet seat not secure could easily be replaced.

It was a good place to get a good night's sleep. You get what you pay for. This place was clean with a friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had hot coffee and cold orange juice. As for the food, prepare for off-the-shelf, pre-packaged goods such as muffins and breakfast bars. There was a basket of 'cuties'. Room was good with a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Shower was good in my room.

The property was easily accessible and in a great location. There was plenty of parking. The room rate was reasonable, and the room was clean. On the negative side, the room was small and there were no tissues. No one was at the desk when we arrived. When we departed, the desk clerk was distant and unfriendly.

The room didn’t seem very clean. It smelled like smoke that had been covered up, even though it’s a non smoking room. That ambiance made it feel icky. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable though!

Terrible experience — dirty, noisy, and not as advertised The actual condition of the hotel was very different from the pictures shown online. I honestly do not know when those pictures were taken, but they do not represent the current condition of the property. The room was dirty and appeared to have mold in multiple areas. There were also what looked like blood stains on the wall, which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. The bathroom/drain area was also in very poor condition. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unreliable. On top of that, there was very loud noise during the middle of the night. This was not an isolated incident — the nighttime noise happened on more than one night and made it very difficult to sleep. Overall, the cleanliness, condition of the room, noise level, and internet service were all unacceptable. Based on the condition we experienced, the hotel photos are very misleading. I would not stay here again. I understand that this hotel is on the lower end of the market, and I was not expecting luxury or anything fancy. However, I do expect the basics: a room that is reasonably clean and a place where I can sleep without constant loud noise in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, even these basic expectations were not met.

Wonderful, helpful staff. The room had everything I needed and more, including comfy bed, tv with premium channels, free wi-fi, great shower water pressure, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Free breakfast too, but I didn't take advantage of it. Best value for the buck for sure!
