The front desk staff (particularly two staff- woman and a man) were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us a fix a minor issue. It was all the way they treated others and us that really stood out- and it set the tone for a calm, relaxed stay there. We asked to check in a bit early, and they happened to have room ready - but on the first floor. We wondered if it would be noisy but it wasn’t an issue at all. The room was spotless and updated as well. The continental breakfast had several options and there was plenty of food. We also walked to the open air market for lunch and brought back to enjoy in the dining area. It was easy walking distance to the convention center/restaurants or to the outdoor market in the other direction. The city was clean and the free trolly only a block away.
