Not allowing someone to cancel a reservation after only 3 hours of booking it is unacceptable. I am in that area for a few months working 5 days a week and unfortunately, for you, you lose out on my business or good review. I hope that one nights rate was worth it.

The lady who helped us get checked in was very accommodating and helpful. She was very nice. The room was clean but very dated. They allow dogs to stay with guests in the room which is nice for those who have pets, however the room across from us had dogs that barked half the time and it kept us and others awake. If i had to give this place a start rating i would probably give them a 3.5 start rating.
