Located in a residential area close to a couple colleges. This hotel was close to shopping, dining, museums, and the arena. There is a parking fee with above ground and underground parking. We felt safe and the staff was excellent in assisting us with any question or concern we had.

The hotel provided an excellent stay for a midsize family group, with one family member needing to work long hours from the room. The desk area is well-constructed, solid, comfortable; office chair is easily adjustable. Appreciated the quality of breakfast and variety of choice. Super delicious quiches offered one morning! Rooms are spacious, with a huge bathroom and oversized walk-in closet. Interior design and furniture are modern, beds are comfortable. Pool is small. No hot tub that we found. A comfortable distance to the Plaza. 10 min away from downtown attractions.

Front Desk staff was very kind and informative at check-in. The hotel was quiet and we heard no noise. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The grounds were safe, despite nearby protests. Breakfast was good, especially the waffles. Would have liked a non-carb option like fruit or yogurt, but for a 'free' breakfast there was a nice amount of selection. Will stay here again, if necessary.
