We stayed here for a quick spring break weekend. The hotel is in a nice, quiet area and only about 15 minutes from downtown. The property feels clean and modern, the staff was friendly, our suite was spacious, parking was easy, and breakfast had a good selection. The indoor pool, though, was a big disappointment. A group of unsupervised preteen/early‑teen boys took over the area for nearly two hours—kicking a soccer ball around, hitting walls and fixtures, moving a trash can as a target, and being so loud our younger kids couldn’t safely enjoy the pool. A staff member briefly stepped in but didn’t address the behavior, and even when an adult with the group arrived, nothing changed. More consistent rule enforcement would really help. Our suite, which sleeps up to six, also wasn’t stocked with enough linens, and it took a while for staff to find extras. Overall, the hotel has a lot of positives, but the pool situation significantly affected our stay.

The room was clean, they had a nice fitness center to work out in and also served a nice breakfast in a very roomy breakfast area. The only negatives were there was a noise coming from one of the heating ducts that sounded like metal clinking against something. Also, I understand having the large soaps and shampoos in the shower, but they could at least provide some lotion and maybe some Q-tips and stuff on the counters in the bathroom.
