步行即可到達新崛江，外面機車停車位不好找，務必要停在停車格，隔天發現有人的機車被拖吊。價錢便宜，但房間有點潮濕、空間小，沒什麼收納空間，天花板矮，睡起來有壓迫感，走到上鋪的樓梯很窄，會一直撞到兩側的木板，冷氣出口剛好在我這個床位裡面，差點沒冷死。大廳公共空間很大，早餐很好吃，地下室有卡拉ok(一首10元）、遊戲機、射飛鏢，但種類少不耐玩，也都沒遇到其他客人使用，有點可惜了那個空間。

不再回頭的曾經常住客

服務業，尤其是旅宿業，如果可以給旅客多一點點點的方便，我們的感受會有很大程度上不同的。 旅店的規定是下午4點入住，但我在那裡停留數天中的觀察，其實打掃、清潔和整理都在下午3點前就已全部完成，即便是所謂《最後的確認》也是在3點半前就OK，那為什麼不能讓旅客因要事、提前個10~15分鐘入房？卻堅持一定要到4點才能入住呢？ 我相信每家旅店都有自己的清潔流程安排，但如果在開始入住前30分鐘還沒能完成準備，那我想管理部門應該要檢討；可是入住前30分鐘確定已經準備就緒，或至少總有一間已經準備好了的吧？看著客人焦急的臉，就不能有一些些通融、多一點點的溫柔體貼嗎？ 來高雄是經常的事，住青旅也是這幾年來新的選項，但這2年來只要來高雄，《貝殼窩》就是我唯一的選擇；只是這次是我最後一次的入住了。 我依然稱讚這裡的房務和衛生都是整潔、乾淨，這裡公共空間的設備也是令人非常舒服，但2年來對人的服務卻是一次不如一次，我不知道原因是什麼，也或許只是我這常住客的敏感吧？掰掰了，貝殼窩~~
