Feels like staying in Japan

This hotel is not a large and luxury hotel. Yet this hotel has everything a tourist needs for a trip and all is with good quality plus thoughtful details by design. I like the breakfast buffet at second floor, which makes you feel like you’re staying at a hotel in Japan that welcomes you with warm meals at the beginning of your day.

The hotel was quite new and modern. Due to flight delays, I arrived two days later than planned. I had called ahead to ask the hotel to hold my reservation, which they kindly agreed to do. However, I was still charged for the two nights I didn’t stay. Interestingly, had I canceled and rebooked, I would have only incurred a one-night penalty—less than what I ended up paying. While I understand that each hotel has its own policies and this may not be unusual, I was a bit surprised there was no effort to accommodate the situation—such as charging just one extra night or waiving part of the fee, considering the delay was due to circumstances beyond my control. What really caught me off guard, though, was that after being charged for the additional nights, I was still told to "wait a while" for my room to be ready upon arrival. After waiting for about five minutes with no update or visible progress, I followed up with the staff. At that point, I was eventually given a room on a different floor, which had apparently been ready all along.

初めてこちらのホテルに宿泊しましたが、とても良かったです。 館内は清潔でとてもきれいで、スタッフの方々も皆さん親切でした。 周辺のお店についても丁寧に教えてくださり助かりました。 日本人スタッフの方もいて安心できましたし、日本語を話せるスタッフも多く、言葉の心配がありませんでした。 また泊まりたいと思える、快適で素敵なホテルでした。

クラブルームツインに3泊しました。 駅からホテルまでは5分くらいで目の前にコンビニもあり便利な場所です。 ホテルは全体的に上品で落ち着いた雰囲気でスタッフの方々の対応もお部屋もとても素敵で良かったです。 日本語ができるスタッフの方も常にではないがいらっしゃるので安心できました。 ・チェックイン、チェックアウトはクラブラウンジで ゆったりできました。 ・朝食はクラブルームラウンジでメインを選択➕　ブッフェというスタイルでお料理はどれも美味しい　ですしクラブルームからの景色も楽しめます。 ・カクテルタイムもクラブラウンジでブッフェスタイルで楽しめるので利用しました。日替わりカクテルとその他のお酒類、おつまみもデザートも充実していました。欲を言えばあと+1時　間くらい長くオープンしていて欲しいです。 　(おやつタイムもやっている模様ですがスケジュール上そちらは行けず) 　 ・大浴場はこじんまりしていますが清潔で毎日朝晩利用しました。欲を言えばあと+1時間開いていてほしいと思いました。 ・ホテルのオリジナルパイナップルケーキをウェルカムお菓子でいただいたのですが、帰国してから食べたら美味しかったので買えば良かった。 温かいおもてなしをありがとうございました。 また高雄に行く際はこちらに泊まりたいです。

スタッフがとても丁寧で親切でした。 ホテル内も清潔でセンスがあり癒やされます。 大浴場やサウナがあるのも魅力的です。 プールは屋外で夜はライトアップされとても綺麗でした。 朝食も飲茶あり、好きな果物と野菜をチョイスしてスムージーを作ってくれて和洋中何でもありお料理一つ一つがとっても美味しいです。 日本語か出来るコンシェルジュもいらしゃり、行きたい場所食べたい物を伝えると丁寧に道案内をして下さり短時間で行きたいところと美味しい物を食べて帰って来ました。 今回で2度目の宿泊でしたが、また高雄に来る時は泊まりたいホテルです。

日航 感受良好

非常喜歡日航，在大阪日航住過後，我就一直期待高雄日航的開幕。這次有機會入住，整體感受依然良好 辦理入住的人員親切又有溫度，在這遇到的其他接待人員（1樓蛋糕、7樓櫃台、甚至清潔阿姨，寄放行李處）也都很客氣親切。 房間電視可以連到YouTube和Netflix，枕頭兩顆（一軟一挺）、吹風機風量很ok。 飯店2樓早餐為自助式，擺放大約依照中式、西式和日式區，所以人就不會擠在一起夾菜，還有人會推餐車（蘿蔔糕、小籠包、三鮮蒸餃）！！ 周遭有百貨，巷弄好吃的美食也不少，距離三多商圈捷運站走路約5分鐘，洲際飯店就在前一條街。從飯店搭taxi到高鐵約30分鐘。若去演唱會，開場前1.5小時是可以順利擠上捷運的捷運站。 若下次來聽演唱會，我還是會選日航
