The hotel was great! Location of the MRT is very near and convenient. Breakfast was awesome and had good options of bread, dumplings, eggs, meat, fruits, veggies. Only thing would be, the hallway to the room smelled a little bit like cigarettes, and the beddings are a little bit worn out. Otherwise, this hotel is a great option for its price.

Not a bad choice by location. 24 hours free drinks, buns, ice cream and popcorn. Breakfast choice not many but taste is fine. No door for toilet and shower, it will be a bit embarrassing if you require higher privacy.

We book a room with 2 queen beds. The room is so spacious! It is like a suite, but at the price of a standard room. We love the room. The hotel service is excellent. The breakfast is great. The worker at the breakfast area, Mrs. Chen, is really wonderful. We will come back again!

Overall their facility is new and looks nice, but I don't know why there are 3 steps in front of elevator, it made us very hard to carry our heavy luggage, I was just wondering how handicap or wheelchair access to the room? I want to complain that whole building was full of cigarette smelling, no matter elevator, hallway or our room, even the blanket was very smelled with smoking, I could not breathe and kept caughing during the night, so I had to wear facial mask all night! Breakfast was good, delicious and a lot of variety for choosing, but the only thing I think they should improve was the server made too much noise when she cleaned up the table. Although it was good but I don't think I will book the same hotel in my next trip.

ホテルを転々とするのが好きではなく六泊お世話になった。 エントランスから部屋まで美しく安心感が有った。 街中だが意外に静かに過ごせた。滞在者にとってランドリー設備はほんとうにありがたいです。 すなわち私にとっては満足度の高いホテルだ、次回も是非利用させて欲しい、ありがとう。

房間尚算整潔雖然看得出設施有些老舊，床鋪似乎有塵蟎或跳蚤家人幾天也有被咬情況。另外整間酒店充斥著煙味以我入住的房間在浴室內的情況尤其嚴重，幸好除第一晚入住煙味非常刺鼻之後數晚有改善。 櫃檯人員雖不至於十分熱情但所需要的服務亦可提供，除日班一位及肩短髮較濃裝略為肥胖女櫃檯臉較臭及沒禮貌外也沒有其他不滿之處。 價錢相對便宜位置不錯下次再來高雄時亦會考慮入住的。

整體不錯

有入住過明華館這次選住中山館整體不錯！不過往電梯居然有三層樓梯滿可惜 沒有明顯煙味，不過房間的燈光全開還是稍微昏暗💦 水壓水溫很ok 吹風機是固定式的風量是不小，介意可以自帶 早餐自助熱菜部分稍微可惜

尚可的中山店

房間隔音效果差，很容易就能很清楚聽見房外旅客在走廊講話的聲音（很清楚的那種），房間乾淨，早上早餐部分，用餐座位不多需排隊吃早餐，餐點的選擇性也少（比較起中央公園店），整理上，還是比較喜歡中央公園店的御宿商旅
