Classic hotel, great location, everything else was good. Bed was two smaller beds put together so there was a lump in the centre and the light switch’s glow so the room is bright at night

Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing! They even offer a free breakfast and in all my travels, I’ve never seen that before, and it’s such a small but wonderful touch. The staff were outstanding, the room was pristine, and the location couldn’t be better. If you walk straight out of the hotel through the alleyway and one more alley beyond, you’ll find yourself right at Raohe Night Market, where I tried something new every night. I honestly loved this place well done team!

Great location

Great hotel in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Formosa Boulevard MRT station and next to the night market. Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was average, and choose could be better. Would stay here again

Despite it being very close to Liuhe night market, it was a quiet and comfortable stay. Transportation is superemely convenient as it was near Formosa Island hotel. With a good deal will definitely stay here again.

Very nicely located hotel with good rooms & good breakfast. Close to all communications. Clean rooms & drinking water on tap. No street noise.

Great stay

The Cloud Hotel was great and very affordable. The staff were friendly and the included breakfast was a nice perk. The room had an interesting smell to it but it was very faint so we didn't mention it to the front desk. Overall, it was a great sty and we would stay there again.

I really liked the front desk people. The mgr was kind and helpful. The serving in the breakfast area were pleasant and wonderful. The free breakfast was good ! Be open to different types of food! Great coffee! Overall a bargain for the price ! Thank you Cloud Hotel!

The staff are very friendly and speak English fluently. The room is clean and equipped with high-tech controls. All the lights and the air conditioner can be controlled using a panel located next to the bed. The breakfast are amazing. I love the congee with different of “topping”, coffee machine is fancy. And last but not lease, the price is reasonable.

The room had a mildew smell but we stayed at several hotels in Kaohsiung with the exact same problem so I dont know if it's a city thing or a hotel thing. Otherwise it was quiet, breakfast had lots of options, and it was one of the few hotels with a bathtub which worked better for our younger one. And location was just close enough to night market for access but far enough to be quiet. So recommended overall.

The property is clean and the Reception Service Staff are polite and helpful. The property is near to the MRT and night market, all within walking distance of 5-10 mins. There are many 7-11 around as well so easy access to food and drinks. Do request for higher floor if you can. Reason being if you stayed on 3rd floor, people tend to throw their cigarette butts down and it will land on the space just outside the room and this caused the room to be filled with smoke smell. Luckily for us, the rain helps to remove the smell which we experienced on the first night.

Likes: - Hotel is about a 5min walk from an entrance/exit of Formosa Boulevard Station MRT - In the evenings, LiouHe Night Market is on a street minutes away from the hotel - Staff are kind and helpful - The breakfast is buffet-style Improvement: - Not much to complain about, but the room TV tends to revert back to the main screen from time to time, rather than have the channel continually run

Very clear, kind reception stuff, breakfast good ( great coffee. Could enjoy Chinese kanji meal). Convenient location. 六合夜市、新堀江area , 美麗島駅、supermarket, local restaurant, in the walking distance. I didn’t mind that there is no window ( actually there is, but no view)
