We went there less than 2 weeks of a hurricane. Was assigned a room that had a pungent smell, small dead lizards and cockroach. We felt sick by the smell and had to ask for a reassignment. That room was much better. Some staff were good and the others were not. Hotel has minimum facilities, but is cheap, well located and on a beautiful beach. The bar tender is great

Nice hotel for the location and the pool area. Our room was very small. Too small. Four people were crammed in there. Great bar. Friendly staff and nice tropical grounds.

The staff here are incredibly warm, friendly, professional, and efficient! Though the hotel itself is a bit dated, the location and views are absolutely spectacular. And the property's quaintness is nostalgic and charming :) My fiancé and I stayed here and witnessed multiple incredible sunrises + sunsets, enjoyed the pool and ocean views, and were especially grateful for a generous room upgrade when the room we initially booked wasn't ready for us. It's also in an extremely convenient and walkable location! Highly recommend.

This is the place to stay. It’s a hidden gem. Close to everything. No need to stay at a “mega” resort on Poipu. These rooms are perfect. Older yes but absolutely beautiful and peaceful in the middle of it all.

Out side it is pretty nice, the rooms are spacious but not very clean they don't do housekeeping why you are there and they limits the towels for the room and the pool.

It was exactly what I wanted. First views out the lobby to pool, ocean and tropical paradise. Loved it !!! This was the first half of my retirement trip and 15th anniversary trip. Loved the ocean waves, breezes while sitting on our 3rd floor lanai-what a life! It was the prettiest property along that portion of the beach. The Coconut Marketplace had nice food selections at the end of tiring days.pool very clean.
