Staff was friendly. They had bikes available to borrow which was great. We bikes to Kapa along the beach. Overall it was great vibes. The only downside is that we really go into the water because of the big waves.

Room was clean. Didn't like having someone come in during my stay to change a/c filters. Also some kind of construction was going on. Never saw any hotel entertainment during my stay. Wow, this place exceeded all of my expectations and then some! If you’re staying in Kauai, this is the place you want to be. The property is absolutely stunning both inside and outside. The pool/beach was top tier as well. Definitely recommend!

Kaua'i Palms Hotel
