Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village
10/10 Excellent
"Gorgeous place to stay. Very clean room with all your needed amenities and safe place to stay and walk. It is definitely a resort. You don’t need to leave unless you want to but of course we love Hawai’i so we get out and adventure. It’s a very large property so expect a lot of walking once you are all checked in or you can take the free hotel tram between the buildings within. There is a kiosk that tells you when the next tram picks up and you can see where it is and which way it’s going, to buildings and pools on the right or back to the left to the main lobby and then farther to the left to the other buildings and pools/hot tubs(this was our favorite pool) There are 5 different buildings that house guests and that is why I’m explaining all this. We were in building 5 and we overlooked the golf course and ocean. We couldn’t see the sunset from our room but we still had a magnificent view. Several different pools and all are very clean. The pools are not heated and were pretty cold for 80 degree weather it didn’t seem to matter to anyone. We never went in the all adults pool as we had a toddler but it was very nice and very quiet and relaxing as you walk by. I’m trying to be as thorough as possible because some of this would have been great to know off the bat. If you get there late everything is closed. Either grab something at a store or Domino’s will deliver very late and even if you don’t like their food, we were grateful after traveling all day. "
"This is a fun hotel to stay at when in Paradise. We had first good weather and then rain. I would have thought that the hotel would have more activities for rain days. When my out going flight was canceled they were very cooperative on extending the sale :)

"Beautiful beach! Enough lounge chairs. We used the cabanas two days. Food and drinks are good. Any issue you needed help with was immediately taken care of.
Did not like that one guest had two big Doberman dogs on property off leash. The energy was a little scary also. We turned around and didn’t use the hot tub that night. "
