"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mostly indonesian plus eggs to order. Hotel clean, room confortable but my room faced the main road and was noisier than any other room i have ever been in. Ear plugs helped. Bed was comfy. They could add washcloths."

"Located just behind a busy road, but away from the noise. Banks & small supermarket around the corner. Ramayana mall at 10 minutes walk. Evening time the main road fills up with food stalls. Markings in the hotel are for City View hotel, maybe they just changed name. Room clean and normal size, hot shower."

"i think you need to read past reviews with a grain of salt. Similar to some Amazon reviewers, there are folks that just can't be satisfied. If you've ever stayed at a Motel 6 in the US, this place is leaps and bounds better. Sure, it lacks amenities, like a shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap. And if you demand a western-style breakfast, get over it - your'e traveling....in Indonesia...and it's free. If you're a budget traveler, this place rocks"
