"From being picked up from the airport by the courtesy van to our departure, the staff were extremely attentive, friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was modern, clean and quiet -very comfortable. The hotel is a historic property that has been tastefully updated, respecting its history while being fully modernized. "Inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Ioannina. The PLUS is they have their own private parking lot— worth the $ right there. Good signage directing you as well. Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains— nice blackout for those that like that."
