"room is clean, location is wonderful. The parking at check in is awful, for it is located at busy area, and there is no dedicated parking for check in. another thing i felt is missing if the hook in the bathroom, only one. There are two of us, staying for two nights, i normally don’t request room service for two nights."
"Lea one of the staff is very helpful and attentive. The room is very clean too and a/c is excellent. We slept well. Location is perfect.Thank you for everything."
"Fab hotel with really friendly staff. Room was spacious for the four of us. Bathroom was huge! So close to station which was ideal for early train. Couple of bakeries next door for cheap pastries. Would stay again."
"The staff were so lovely and helpful. The only downside was that as we had a little person in tow, we'd have to pay to use the pool in the spa downstairs. Which was a shame as we booked the hotel specifically as it said there was a pool.
The breakfast was really nice, every member of staff we met were all so lovely and it was only a quick drive into Colmar."
"Thought this was a very lovely hotel. I appreciated the level of detail in the atmosphere and decor in the common areas. We stayed in a family room and it was very well maintained and appreciated. The touches such as a welcome note. Room was spacious and up to par. A drawback was parking needed to be reserved which was not immediately apparent in the reservation. Apparently welcome email is sent prior to arrival but if you are traveling prior to arrival, unlikely you will notice like happened for us. Turned out not to be too much of a big deal as there was a nearby public parking structure, which was actually cheaper. Another drawback was there is no Sunday dinner service other than bar food. Overall very much enjoyed my stay here. Excellent location within walking distance of major landmarks very happy and would stay again."
"The hotel is newish with wonderful air conditioning and a dynamite spa. I really enjoyed the spa (swimming pool , sauna, hamam). The tram stop is a 5 minute walk away. Nice staff"
