We first got a hotel room with bed bug that came out to feed on me, we notified the staff and were moved to two single bed room they sprayed the coachroaches away but after that we saw only one. The moral of the story is pay more and enjoy your trip.

I booked this hotel via Expedia, I was trying to check in and that room had really very bed smell of smoking so I asked to replace the room and the second room was also same. So I didn't check in and asking for the refund but my refund request was not approved. But for sure, this accommodation was very bad and I must get the refund as I did not use this facility due to poor conditions.

The place is nice and convenient for walk around Saddar area. Both exterior and interior look not new, not excellent but enough clean and comfortable. Thus price is reasonable and if you would like to visit places in Cantomment area, it is nicer. Satisfied.

Decent cheap hotel, close to city centre & airport

Decent, affordable hotel. Great, central location in Saddar - easy access to the airport, PECHS, Defence & other areas. Twin room was adequate, although dusty and one of the pillow-covers had a small, dried bloodstain on it. Check-in could have been much better if the staff took a bit of care: they got our check-in wrong on 3 matters, mistakes that should have easily been avoided: 1. We were originally given a double room instead of the twin room we had booked. 2. We had booked and paid for 2 nights, but the staff initially told us that we had to checkout after 1 night. 3. The junior staff member also asked us to pay cash, when we had already paid via the internet. It is simple things like these that can be improved, for a much better customer experience. The breakfast food was decent, and reasonable variety and quality: yoghurt, cereals, bread, parathas, cakes and tea.
