Dear guest, thank you for your remarks. We are sorry that you didn't feel absolutely well at our Hotel. To your first point. The Hotel is a Garni only with breakfast and no further restaurand or Bar, so there is in the evening only the checking-in people to wait for. We will think about may be to be open a little bit longer to welcome the checkin-in people personally. You are right, this is more nice. But anyway we can say that the respond of our guests with our keyboy is quite good. It is working absolutely reliable and there is the nightmanager of our partner Hotel who is informed about all arriving guests and can help. But you are right, there is no personnel welcome by a human being. The parking situation is off course sometimes not so comfortable even if you drove a longer way and you only want to get out of your car and not searching long time for parking place. So we are a city Hotel and we have only a few parking possibilities which we can offer our guests. We have the public parking space around the Hotel which we are sharing with all residents as well. Mostly it is not so hard to find a good place near to the Hotel, because there is quite a lot of fluctuation all over the day. But it seems that you had in the evening the bad luck to search a longer time. We are really sorry about it. We can offer you for the next time to contact us ahead and reserve a place. Regarding your point of the noisy doors we do not had until now big remarks. May be some guests are more loud than others. But we will focus on this issue and find a solution to isolate the doors better. We are happy that you felt a little comfortable at our Hotel.
