"The Embassy Suites is an excellent choice. Love the suite style. Beds comfortable. Front suite area is a great place to unwind. The breakfast is excellent: it is real food cooked fresh. Love the open atrium design. Happy Hour provides an additional relaxation option. Great hotel. "

"The pictures for this property are false advertising. When you drive up, it is apparent this is a motel and it is being used as both an extended and short term by various people. Take from that what you will. Felt extremely unsafe. The staff seem uninterested at check in, almost like I was bothering them. Ultimately, I left and ended up staying at another hotel altogether out of concerns for my safety and the safety of my rental car overnight."

"Room was clean, bed was comfy. Bad experience at check-in. I was allowed to check-in early and my keycard worked. But I walked in on another guest(?) still in the room. Very embarrassing. I had to go down and ask for a different room. Did not use amenities so unable to review. Poorly stocked convenience items for purchase. Tried to buy drink and desk person said she did not know how to charge me. Nearby restaurant was good. Very convenient to convention center. Parking garage was very tight, very low ceilings- dark/dirty."

"It was all good when I got there the person at the desk very helpful. I mean there is probably one thing. I probably would have more movies on the TV. That’s only thing I would change about it and everything else was good."

"Clean room but no ice machine available on our floor. Ice machines were only available on even number floors."

"My family was in Peoria to see my college son's orchestra performance. Check in was easy and seamless. Tom the manager was incredibly helpful and friendly, and made our stay more special by upgrading my oldest son and his girlfriend to a suite so our entire family would have the possibility of hanging out together in one place. The suite was absolutely stunning! The hotel overall is beautiful with the latest renovations, we've stayed here before and it is like an entirely new hotel now. The only disappointment for our group was sharing the hotel with baseball tournament teams, the pool was overrun with kids all night (which is to be expected when booking teams in a hotel) so my own adult kids were unable to enjoy this amenity as they had hoped. Maybe next time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Peoria."
