The location is perfect! You can do everything by walk. The staff is truly the best, they are what makes this hotel another level compare to others. Service is great. The room was really beautiful and the historical background of the hotel makes your stay even more special !

Karyizawa still had sakura blooming and leaves were about to sprout. Their courtyard was so stunning with those blooming flowers. We have seen a running wild fox for the first time when opening the curtains of the room in the morning. It was nice nature experience although it’s actually walking distance from the shopping street. Would love to go back again.

ゆっくり滞在することが目的となるホテルです。とても落ち着く部屋と館内のクラシカルな佇まい。緑に囲まれた環境。ホテルの周りの散策が心地よく、軽井沢銀座へ歩いて行く林間の道も軽井沢らしい自然があります。

My family enjoyed this hotel very much. The quiet, the decor, the cleanliness and especially the service. I discovered I had left somethings in the room safe at my last hotel and Ms Hatanaka was kind enough to make a call right away to my Tokyo hotel to arrange for them to hold it and return to me when I return to Tokyo. I really appreciate her help. I will definitely return in the near future.

リニューアルされてからの久しぶりの訪問でした。予約時から人数変更の際、何度もお電話いただき、大変ご親切に対応していただきました。部屋番号プレートやカーペットの説明には感動しました。今まで宿泊時は夕食はダイニングでいただいてましたが、代金がかなり上がった感覚がして、万平ホテルのダイニングは利用せず、旧軽の小さなフレンチを初めて利用しました。野菜がとても美味しくてフルコース十分に楽しみました。朝食は万平ホテルの和食をいただき、大変美味しく、十分な量に大満足でした。そのままカフェで今回の旅の目的でもあったロイヤルミルクティー、アップパイやブルーベリーパイ、プリンを家族で堪能し、万平ホテルを後にしました。 散歩で賑やかな通りを歩いても楽しいし、車で中軽井沢や、三笠ホテルまでドライブもどこも美しく、いい旅になりました

少し遅めの母の日で利用いたしました。スタッフの方は、程よい距離感で接してくださり、居心地の良さを提供してくれました。皆さんの口コミの通り、たいへ素晴らしいホテルです。朝のお散歩や、お食事のお皿の一つ一つ、好きな時に入れるお部屋の温泉も旅行気分を満たしてくれました。ぜひ毎年来たいと思わせてくれるホテルです。
