This is a review mid December. We were the only guests. Nice hotel in season but out of season the swimming pool is full of green water which is understandable. All the other hotels have swim platforms that have been removed for the season and no beach. This hotel has no swim platform but the beach would have been perfect for a swim except it is only 10 meters wide so i expect it would be crowded but out of season people walking in the street above use it as a toilet. There are free access Lician tombs in the cliffs past the police station, very small direction board. Woken many times at night by barking dogs. Good breakfast. Easy level walk to the old harbour and its restaurants. Bedroom as small as possible with a double bed. Lift and stairs. Parking for 2 cars outside hotel, ive read on reviews the hotel runs a valet parking system in season

SCAMMER ALERT
This hotel is a total SCAM. They tell you one price but when checking out they charge you a different price. STAY AWAY. This hotel is the most terrible hotel you can stay at. Room walls are super thin and you can hear everyone in all the rooms. Almost seems like the party is in your room. To top it all, during breakfast they make you wear your mask and gloves and if you don’t have it, they give you a really mean look and tell you in a nasty way to put your mask on. I’m a traveler and have booked many hotels but this is the ONLY hotel scammer I have come across. To make sure you don’t mess up your vacation by leaving upset because of a scammer and totally unprofessional people, I would save myself the total misery of booking with them.

Sayın müsafirimiz, Dbl oda da tek kişilik kullanım oda satın almışsınız.fakat 2 kişi geldiniz,erkek arkadaşınıza fiyat farkını belirttim, oda size danışacağını söyledi. Yani ikinizde fiyat farkından bilgisi vardı.o rakamda gecelik,sadece 9 Euro idi. Bunun İçin mi, bu kadar asılsız ithamda bulundunuz. Siz her otel rezervasyonunu tek kişilik yapıp, çift kişimi konaklamaya gidiyorsunuz?

Great hotel in a good location
The hotel has a great location and fantastic staff. It is very clean and comfortable, the showers have good pressure and the beds are comfortable. It has a nice swimming pool and decent breakfast with fresh fruit. The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful - a real delight!

Cosy hotel, close to harbour.
Stayed one night, just to visit Kas to go diving. 5 minute walk to the dive boats. Bedroom and bathroom lovely, quite compact. Only gripe is that there were only 4 sun beds by the pool.

Just the one night, overall very good, little problem with shower, would be warm from tap but when switched to shower was cold ! Had breakfast at 10.15 due to very late night in Kas old town, so limited choice available, would definatly recommend & would stay again on our next trip to Kas. Tony & Patricia.

Mixed bag in Kas, Turkey
The hotel is conveniently located just a couple blocks from the central harbor area. Some rooms overlook a walkway that accesses hotels and pensyons up the hill, which can be noisy late in the evening as revelers stagger back to their hotels. The glass in the bathroom was filthy and disgusting. Hot water in the shower was at a minimum. On the plus side, the staff was helpful and spoke passable English.

Keyifli bir butik otel
Otel Kaş’ ın en iyi lkasyonlarından birine sahip. Yanında park edilecek yerler var. Birçok otelde problem olan internet problemi mevcut değil. Resepsiyondaki diyetisyen arkadaşımız her konuda yardımcı. Temizlik harika özellikle Kırgız bayan her gün temizlik yapılıp yapılmayacağını soruyor. Otel odaları küçük ama temiz ve yeni. Ben otelden her konuda memnun olarak ayrıldım. Tek eleştirebileceğim şey kahvaltısının zayıf olması idi.

Perfekt lokation i Kas
Pænt 3-personers værelse med gode senge (1 dobbelt og 1enkelt rigtig seng) for et tre-stjernet hotel. Dog lidt overfyldt på værelset, da der også stod en sovesofa. Badeværelset noget småt. Desværre havde hotellet ikke sit eget ‘strand’-område, som de andre hoteller ved siden af har. Ellers perfekt placering i Kas. Vi afleverede blot bilnøglen ved ankomst og så parkerede hotellet (og flyttede rundt på) bilen lige udenfor hotellet efter behov. Manglede lidt udvalg til morgenmaden, da det meget var salater af forskellig art, men det er nok smag og behag. Da det var familieværelse kunne vi kun få delvis havudsigt, men selvom vi boede øverst krævede det god vilje at kunne se havet. Ellers fint ophold med venligt personale.

Otele saat 14:20 de ulaştığımızda odamız hazır değildi. Lobide yaklaşık 30 dakika beklemek zorunda kaldık. Bunun dışında herşey çok güzeldi. Otelin şehir merkezine yakınlığı, personelin ilgisi ve güleryüzü, temizlik, kahvaltısı harikaydı.

Ödediğiniz paraya değmiyor. Öncelikle otele ait beach ya da denize girebileceğiniz otelin anlaşmalı olduğu bir beach yok, her ne kadar otele ait fotoğraflarda yer alsa da, sırf bu açıdan bile kandırılıyorsunuz. Yan tarafta gerçekten beachi olan otellerde konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim. Otelin adında bile geçiyor, bununla ilgili de hotels uygulamasına şikayette bulunacağım. Ayrıca mevcut havuzunun da yakınında duş yok, odanıza çıkıp duş alabileceğinizi söylüyorlar. Kahvaltı yeterli, oda temizliği yeterli, çalışanlar (bizim açımızdan) pek de güler yüzlü ve yardımcı değildi. Aynı caddede başka bir otelde kalacağım seneye gittiğimde.

Rezervasyon yaptırdığımızda bu kadar memnun kalabileceğimi hiç düşünmemiştim. Odası biraz küçük olmasına rağmen rahat, konforlu ve temizdi. Sabah kahvaltılarını beğendik. Özelliklede çalışan personel ve işletme sahibinin hep güzler yüzlü ve ilgili olması ayrıca bizi çok memnun etti. Uzun zamandır Kaş a gelip giderim,hem lokasyon hem temizlik anlamında tekrar gelirim dediğim ilk butik otel oldu Linda. Tek önerim kahvaltının biraz daha çeşitli olması olabilir. Sezon sonunda kalmamıza rağmen çok mutlu ayrıldık,teşekkürler

Otel çok merkezi ve otopark sıkıntısı çekmemek harika. Her seferinde park için yardımcı oldular. Salgın önlemleri çok iyi şekilde alınmış. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Bizim tek problemimiz oda ve banyoda eşya koyacak yeterli dolap bulamamızdı. Hatta banyoda havlu asacak yer bile yoktu. Ancak genel olarak mutlu ayrıldık.
