The hotel lobby was accessible by elevator several floors about street level, with a separate elevator to access rooms. Wide select of options for breakfast, very good quality."

"The location is the best part of this hotel. There’s a Lawson right outside, multiple train station entrances within a minute, and Dotonbori is about a 5-minute walk. Super convenient for getting around and exploring. They also offer breakfast (Japanese and Western-style), which is helpful since not many places open early. Luggage lockers in the basement are a plus if you arrive early or need storage after checkout. However, there are some downsides. There’s construction in front, so drop-offs can be inconvenient, especially with large luggage. Also, there is no assistance with bags, so you’ll need to carry everything yourself, which can be difficult if you’re on a higher floor. The biggest problem, and the reason I would not return—is the bed and overall sleep experience. The mattress was extremely firm to the point of being uncomfortable. I stayed for six nights and did not get a single good night’s sleep. The pillows were also not comfortable, even after requesting extras. I had to rely on my own travel blanket just to make the bed tolerable. Additionally, the placement of the bed near the window made it uncomfortable temperature-wise, and I ended up feeling unwell during my stay. When you’re traveling and spending long days exploring, rest is critical—and unfortunately, this hotel did not provide that. I would not stay here again, despite the excellent location and reasonable price. A good night’s sleep is non-negotiable when traveling."
