"The check in took waaay too long and 100$ pet fee is freaking ridiculous. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night ruined our night. We were offered no compensation. The parking SUCKS. Will not be back. "

"Place was really cute and has been updated. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was at Ricky's beside it. Only con was the walls were thin and we could here our neighbors talking and tv. Luckily they weren't loud. "

"This is a great little hotel right in downtown Kelowna. Everything was very clean nicely appointed cheerful colors. Great price.Rooms are basically furnished but definitely have everything you need. There was a fridge but no tea or coffee capability but that’s available in the lobby anyway. It’s a great place to stay with dogs because there is a park just across the road and also an enclosed dog exercise area. Fabulous location. My only negative comment is that the window was sealed shut so the room was very stuffy, even with the air conditioning on or the heat on the room remained stuffy and had a slight smell to it I’m not sure that’s to code, but I suspect it must be if all the rooms have sealed windows. If they would just put windows that would open then I would make this one of my places to stay in Kelowna on our frequent trips there but it’s unlikely I would go back because of this."

"The room, #416, had a shower head that wasn't centred and was below face level (I'm 5'10"/178cm), so that was definitely weird. The Continental breakfast bar was poor, only some prepacked breakfast sandwiches (heat in the microwave), two types of muffins, one type of apple, plus coffee, or juice. That's it. In addition, my room was not cleaned/refreshed during my 2 day stay. The hot tub was mostly moderately warm, and the jets are quite weak. Having said all that, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. "

"Same cost as a hotel room when you include the sneaky $20 a night parking, but you have to share a bathroom…. The front desk gentleman was friendly enough but you can tell he’s seen it all. "
