"It was genuinely great, the free shuttle was very useful, despite there not being much around the hotel you could always go to the airport, on top of that thereโ€™s a konbini in the hotel and rooftop restaurants, the bathtub was also spacious enough for a tall guy like me"

"A good place to stay overnight after a late arrival at Narita Airport. Friendly staff and clean amenities, with showers, toilets, lockers, PJs, slippers, and bath towels provided. It was a new experience sleeping in a capsule. I didnโ€™t find it claustrophobic, but it might feel that way for some people."

"I arrived very early in the morning having made a very long train transfer from Haneda airport. Checkin was easy, friendly and washed away the anxiety of a tough dayโ€™s travel. The room was exceptionally large, comfortable and ready for a weary traveller. As I was on a late flight out the next day, I had a slightly later checkout and spent the afternoon in the lobby lounge. Lunch was delicious and the wait went by effortlessly until I took the airport shuttle to the terminal. It was a wonderful end to eight days on Hokkaido"
