My friends and I stayed at Mulberry a month ago and really enjoyed it. It was so nice and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. When we came back into Kathmandu, we went to another hotel. But we didn’t like it, so we walked over to Mulberry and asked if they had a room for us and they did! So we stayed there twice. Thank you to Mulberry!

This is my second time in a week to stay at Hotel Mulberry. Like my first stay, this one was excellent. Really helpful staff, really decent breakfast, very comfortable rooms, great location. This is going to be my regular hotel when I travel to Kathmandu.

Really excellent breakfast, especially so since it was included in the price. Clean room. Very good service. Good location. Very reasonable pricing. I've stayed at the Hyatt Regency approximately ten times over the past 6 years. Weighing everything, I choose the Mulberry over it.

Such a great find, very central, easy walking distance of so many stunning surroundings. But slightly hidden so very quiet. The staff were all lovely, welcoming and helpful. Loved chatting to them. The roof pool has the best views over the area. The food was tasty and plentiful, Dahl soup and garlic Nan amazing! I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return ☺️

Nice hotel. The rooms are very clean. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The buffet breakfast is very good. Nice property grounds. Good amenities. We had a nice comfortable stay.

I had just completed a seven day trek and wanted to unwind. I chose the hotel as it had a rooftop swimming pool and a spa. The staff were very good from reception to porter to bar and restaurant. The rooms were so quiet and very clean. I had two massages over two days and Maggie really unknotted me. My only comment is the hotel was down a back street which a couple of times i had trouble finding (luckily I had a local sim and so managed to locate on maps). Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend and will be staying here next time I am in Kathmandu!

This is an excellent hotel - top to bottom. Some may not like Thamel (very very busy streets of shops and venders and some agressive sellers), but you are a couple streets removed if you wish to avoid. I would use again 🙏

Amazing service from the moment you arrive at the airport to the time they drop you off. VIP hotel. Excellent on all, good massages but the people serving you is the best of all. Roof top pool you have to try it. Excellent location. Very central. And fair prices. You have to stay here. I want to thank all personnel in this hotel

Looking for extraordinary customer service? This peaceful gem made our trip memorable! Anything we needed, they found with a smile: diresvtins to temples. extra towels, tours, restaurant recommendations, plus a totally free airport shuttle! Great location: walking distance to shops and restaurants yet 2 streets away from the utter chaos of noisy main road.

Great location
Great location, in the center of the shopping area, great restaurants/ bar walking distance but at the end of a cul- de-sac so quiet. Great service, good breakfast, nice rooftop pool.

I had booked a double bed, but was informed when i got there that they did not have one available. At dinner, I was excited to see lamb chops, and was told that they didn't have any. In the morning, I requested not to enter the room to clean. They then attempted while i was there and i requested once again not to complete a turn down service. At 6:00 p.m. I went out for dinner and came back at 7:30 to find out that they came in the room and completed a turn down. The only response I got from management was that they were sorry. I will not be booking here again.

I was really looking forward to my stay at Hotel Mulberry as all the reviews were very good and was extremely disappointed. The main reason I stayed there was because of the gym, and neither treadmill worked. They have a spa which was very basic (the pedicure didn't have a real basin, and I sat on towels). Staff was really reluctant when I asked with help with taxis. The whole place needs a facelift, furniture was really, really run-down. The breakfast was decent, but nothing special. Overall, a very disappointing stay. The best part was the view from the stay - but the "infinity pool" leaves a lot to be desired.

The hotel was in a quiet location in Thamel. The staff was accommodating; my stay included an upgraded room. The breakfast buffet included lots of options. I enjoyed my two night stay and would consider returning.

Loved our stay here. Some nice affordable luxury after our trek. The service was excellent. Breakfast was great. We loved the rooftop. It’s a bit quieter among the hustle and bustle of Thamel.

Excellent location, very near to the busy streets of Thamel but tucked away so you can also enjoy the peace and quiet. The hotel is quite modern, with excellent facilities. The breakfast had many choices. The staff and hospitality shown to guests far surpasses all expectations. Managers, front desk staff, cleaning people, everyone. It was a pleasure to stay here and I highly recommend.

This hotel is a hidden gem. We so enjoyed our stay! Taxis all knew exactly how to get there even tho we would have been LOST! Staff was awesome...breakfast was wonderful... we would definitely stay again

The hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms are spacious and well taken care of. They have a generator, so we were not affected by the frequent power outages in Kathmandu. The staff is attentive, friendly, and professional. The location is right in the Thamel neighborhood, and thus in walking distance to a lot of shops as well as some of the major tourist attractions, like the Kathmandu Durbar Square. Notwithstanding the location in one of the busier areas of Kathmandu, the hotel is tucked in a quiet corner, meaning the rooms are shielded from the noise of the city.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful at all times. The food was great, and access to a good pool with a nice view was a real bonus. In addition the spa offered excellent treatments which are a welcome escape from the chaos of Kathmandu! Would certainly recommend highly!

The location was excellent. The property itself was great. However, the friendliness of the staff did not match the level of the hotel. Sometimes rude and provide inaccurate information, forcing me into the plan I did not want.
