Absolutely cracking hotel in the heart of Ginza. Really well located close to the subway and within walking distance of the main shopping street and loads of bars and restaurants. Our room was small but well kitted out with facilities. The shower was fab and we were able to borrow an iron from reception to do some last minute ironing. The fitness room was perfect and the roof top bar great for a late night cocktail.
Location and decoration of rooms superb , only did find it expensive at $400 a night without breakfast , friendly staff .
Rooms are small but I guess that is normal for Japan.
Safe location .
Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Compared to Tokyo hotels, concierge services are very comprehensive. Location is exceptional. Rooms are in great condition, comfortable and always clean due to excellent cleaning service.
Convenient, trendy hotel with a fun lobby bar. Rooms are adequate size. Very clean and modern. Nice shower. We would stay here again. Ginza is a great area.
Whilst the rooms are small they are comfortable. The breakfast is great and the location of the hotel is a 10. The staff are also first class but that is throughout Japan.
The hotel is centrally situated in Ginza. The staff was good and helpful. The room was okay with necessary amenities. Still we feel that generally,it was too rxpensive and not worth the money we paid compared to the hotel we stayed earlier.

Excellent services! Prime Location!
All staff are very helpful and cheerful.
Toilet seat heating not functioned.
The cleanliness of the carpet and floor can be improved.
Overall the stay was very nice. Especially the perfect location.
The bar is cool and spacious.
Tasty ice-cream is complimentary for children of hotel members 👍👍👍
We stayed with you for a few days at the end of our Japan trip. After staying at home Japanese hotels it was a little bit of a shock to get back to this Americanized version. Staff was not as polite or attentive as other hotels that we stayed in. Well the bed was comfortable, it was right next to the wall and difficult to get in and out of. Strangely, the TV was on the wall next to the bed and not viewable from the bed. Nice big windows with awesome blackout drapes.
Pros: Hotel was nice, modern and clean. Location was great and near Ginza's shopping streets. Great shower pressure.
Very helpful stuff.
Cons: Rooms seemed a bit small, even the 27sq.m. we got was barely ok for 2 people. Biggest disappointment is the sounds you hear from the subway when you are at a lower floor. Even though I have requested a higher floor, i was given a 4th floor room that you could hear the noise from the subway frequently.
Great location, very walkable with lots of food options nearby. Room was so tiny I had to get on the one bed so my daughter could pass by to get to bathroom. No room anywhere to actually open a suitcase. No closet, just a bar with some hangers. Very loud traffic noise, even for a New Yorker who actually loves the sound of traffic! Also, when they came to “clean” room, just remade beds. The floor was not vacuumed, and the washcloth I had left on the floor of shower, which you have to do these days if you want towels etc exchanged for new ones, was still there after cleaning…. The bed was so uncomfortable that I was in agony with my back. I thought it was all the walking, but when we stayed the night after we left at a different hotel in different city, I magically got better. So, never again Aloft Ginza. Sorry
Right in the heart of Ginza, and great walking distance from a lot of major tourists sites, and right by the subway.
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in making restaurant reservations and finding tourist information. Breakfast buffet is not too large but just enough for a good meal. Best cheese omlet I've tried in years!! The young short lady staff at breakfast was super polite and friendly and always smiling. Fitness/gym has enough free weights for a decent workout.
Overall, the hotel is very neat, modern, clean, comfortable bed. Highly recommend for young travelers.
